施工條件：

Construction conditions

1.        噴涂底材：馬口鐵板50mm×120mm×（0.2~0.3）mm， ABS或HIPS塑膠板50mm×140mm×2 mm

1.    Substrates: Tinlate iron panel 50mm×120mm×（0.2~0.3）mm, ABS or HIPS plastic panel 50mm×140mm×2 mm.

2.        打磨：0號砂紙打磨除銹及鍍錫層。塑膠素材要用酒精擦拭。

2.    Surface pretreatment: Sanding with No. 0 abrasive paper for derusting and removing of zinc layer.

3.        漆膜厚度：35±5um

3.    Film thickness：35±5um

4.        烘烤：（70~80）℃×30min干燥，放置7天后測試。

1.        涂料應密封，于陰涼處保存，防水、防曬、防高溫、遠離火源。

3.        稀釋使用前需用200目濾網過濾，以除去可能混入的雜質。
